Located above our offices at 911 Jean-Talon East, suite 226, a few steps from Jean-Talon metro, it's available for rent!

Abundant windows - Beautiful natural light

Complete blackout IMPOSSIBLE.
No spectators can be accommodated on site.
The room can only accommodate a maximum of 20 people at a time.

Equipment included

Four folding tables;
Fifteen black folding chairs;
Two extension cords;
2 Bluetooth speakers;
Broom and mop.

Equipment available*on request

Three gym landing mats;
Eight folding floor mats;
Refrigerator;
Coffee machine;
Cleaning products (disinfectant, dish soap).

General conditions: a maximum of 20 people at a time

The rental must be for a minimum of 2 hours.
Set up and pick-up time must be calculated in the rental time.
The rental must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
Please respect our neighbours: no excessive noise will be tolerated (amplified instruments, percussion, tap dancing, etc.).

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of booking, by Interac transfer to info@dynamotheatre.qc.ca.

Rental rates

*No equipment can be left on site except by prior arrangement or for exclusive rentals.

Rehearsals/ Auditions

Hourly rates :
Artists and students: 15$ + taxes
NPO - COOP: 20$ + taxes
Corporate rental: 30$ + taxes

Weekly rates:
Exclusive use of the room. Artists and students: 700$ + taxes
NPO - COOP: $1000 + taxes

Workshops or classes

Hourly rates :
Starting at $20/hr. + taxes

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, for a full refund, please inform us in writing at info@dynamotheatre.qc.ca, at least 48h before the beginning of your activity.

After 48 hours: 50% of the rental cost will be refunded.
You can obtain a credit equivalent to 75% of the prepaid amount which can be applied to the next rental and will be valid for 6 months.
